Call our Box Office on 01582 767525 where one of our Box Office staff will be happy to take your call.

Prices are subject to a 50p booking fee per transaction. All purchased tickets will be kept behind the Box Office to be collected on the evening of the performance, alternatively you can collect your tickets from the Box Office a few days prior to the performance. If you would like your tickets posting a charge of 50p will be added to your booking.
 

Booking in Person

You can purchase tickets at Harpenden Public Halls Box Office during our opening times. These can be found in the General Information section.
 

Conditions of Sale

We will 'exchange' tickets for another performance to the same value or give a credit note to redeem against a show in the future. A handling fee of 10% of the ticket will be charged for this service and tickets must be exchanged 7 days prior to the performance date.

Please note there will be no refund of booking fees.

Tickets for sell out shows may be accepted by the Box Office for resale on behalf of the customer. There will be a handling fee of £1.00 per ticket. We will not hold any cash for the resale of tickets and will not accept responsibility nor guarantee sale.

In the event of a show being cancelled please note the booking fee and transaction fee are non-refundable under any circumstances.
 

Local Events

Tickets for local events may be available from the Promoting Society before bookings open at the theatre or in certain circumstances, all tickets may be sold by the Promoting Society in advance.
 

Group Bookings

Certain performances offer party booking rates for 10 or more. Enquire when booking.
 

Concessions

Where reduced price is indicated the groups normally included are Senior Citizens, Children, Students and Disabled, unless otherwise stated. Reductions advertised are from the full standard price.
 

Carer Policy

As with all concessionary tickets, proof of status will need to be shown by accompanying carers. Please see the Box Office for more information. 

 

Childrens Policy

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult to any show. A ticket must be purchased for children over 18 months old. Children under five will not be admitted to any show other than family shows.
